School Facilities Hiring and Letting
As part of its commitment to the local community, parts of our school premises: large school hall, dining room, staff kitchen facilities and school field are available for letting and hiring. These areas are suitable for birthday parties, one-off meetings or special occasions, block bookings for private holiday clubs/events, sports or fitness clubs and music activities, in the evenings, at weekends and during school holidays.
2024 Hiring and Letting Costs
Weekday evenings: £20 per hour
Party Hire (3 hours): £60
Whole Day Hire: £120
Discounts are available for children who currently attend the school. Please enquire for discounted rates.
To ensure the smooth running of operations and the upkeep of our premises, we have certain guidelines in place.
Keys will only be handed over after hirers have completed a walk-around of the facilities. This will be conducted by a designated staff member to ensure hirers understand the of appropriate use and our expectations for cleanliness. Any hiring and letting that do not leave the school in a fit state will not have their deposit returned.
Hirers must adhere to our school's Child Protection Policy. Education, sporting and child care providers, who hire the facilities, must have a child protection policy of their own, which we reserve the right to review. Ensuring compliance with these policies is paramount in maintaining a safe environment for all.
