Welcome to the Year One part of the school website. Now that I am beginning to get to grips with all the new website technology, I hope to keep you updated about the different things happening in class.

On World Book Day some of the childrens parents came in to read to the children.  The children loved the stories and say thank you to all those who read.

Year 6 went to the Isle of Wight

In June, we went to the Isle of Wight; we all had a great time. We visited The new Mary Rose Museum at Portsmouth Historic Dockyard, then on to the Isle of Wight. There we went to AlumBay, Carisbrooke Castle and Osborne House, along with many more exciting activities and excursions.

Year 5 PGL Trip

Year 5 went to Caythorpe Court PGL in beautiful rural Lincolnshire, not far from Sherwood Forest and just a few
miles from Grantham.  They had an amazing time trying out activites new to them.  Three groups split up to take part in Fencing, Abseiling, Zip Wire, Kayaking and High Ropes.
